What a great piece of history is this yard long photograph of the Employees of the Ford Motor Company that worked at the plant in Des Moines, Iowa in 1923 is. The photo was taken in the summer time it appears as most of the men are in their short sleeves, you can see some Ford vehicles in the windows on the second floor of the building in the background. Also, notice the Ford vehicles behind the men on the street in front of the building. What a great piece of history for the Ford Motor Company and for the working class of America following World War I. This frame measures 41 1/2″ long and is 8 1/2″ high.
