Antique tin wind up Walking Popeye with Parrots in each hand inside of bird cages. The iconic comic character, “Popeye” the sailor man complete with pipe in his mouth. This toy still has the the original box. (the toy does work) Made by the Marx Toy Company of New York. Measures 8 1/2″ height, 3″ depth and 2 3/4″wide. Circa 1930.
