Product #DJ046
Facebook

Circa 1950’s hard plastic Buddy Lee doll wearing a herringbone twill Phillips 66 gas station attendant uniform and cap. These dolls were used as salesman’s samples to demonstrate what the uniforms that were manufactured by Lee Jeans looked like. The uniform is light brown with orange badges on the shirt and cap. Notice that this doll is complete with a burgundy bow tie and a Phillips 66 lapel pin. The doll has moveable arms, but is otherwise stationary. It is complete and in excellent condition. This doll measures 13” high.

John and Annette collected these Buddy Lee Dolls for years as they traveled the country looking for antiques for the store. This is one out of  15 Buddy Lee dolls in their varing uniforms, that we have in this collection. Also, note the corresponding Buddy Lee original advertising signs that are featured in this collection.
