Antique Advertising Sign – The American Insurance Company Newark N.J. – reverse painted under glass

American insurance Reverse Painted Gold Leaf Sign. This is very neat piece of advertising with the eagle on the shield of 1846. Measures 13 3/4″ x 25 3/4″. This came from an estate collection of Fred Warnemunde who lived in Lexington, Nebraska and was an insurance agent.
