This is a beautiful large lamp made by the fine Handel Lamp Co. The shade looks like a leaded glass shade withs brown and green cattails however the shade is designed with what I call an overlay on bent slag glass panels. The lamp base and shade are both signed Handel. The figural base is very unusual as well featuring a lady kneeling with an urn. There are four sockets in this lamp. Measures 26″ height and 22″ diameter of shade.
