Belvidere, Illinois, who was the company that made Vindex cast iron toys.Measures 11″ height to top of dog house and 10″ wide. Dog measures: 5 1/2″ tall x 5 1/4″ long x 2″ wide.  Base measures: 6 1/2″ wide x 6″ deep.
