This is an early grain painted pine jelly cabinet. Hand chamfered, mortise tendon doors great patina. Original solid shelves. Been in an antique dealer’s collection for years. Makes a really nice crock cabinet! This cabinet is a nice size and will make an attractive statement in your home as it measures 50 1/2″ wide by 76 1/2″ high and is 19″ deep. The shelves vary in height to allow different heights of items. The top full shelf is 8 1/4″ high, next one down is 9″ high, 9 1/4″ high, 11″ high and the bottom shelf is 15″ high.
This was purchased from Larry Stevens collection. Larry has been dealing and collecting antiques in Harrison County, Iowa for years. Larry said he bought this cabinet in the early 80’s. He said it originally came from a family in Henderson, Nebraska.
