Antique Stoneware Crock Lid for 5 or 6 Gallon Western Stoneware Crock

This is an old original Stoneware crock lid that would fit a Western stoneware 5 or 6 gallon crock. Note the impressed ‘5 & 6’ wordage on the lid of this crock. This lid measures 13 1/4″ diameter and the inside circular rim that secures the lid to the interior of the crock measures 10 1/4″ diameter. This lid is approximately 2″ high to the top of the center crock finial.
