Antique Wooden Cheese Mold with Metal Bracket

This is a unique primitive wooden mold that is strengthened with a metal locking mechanism that will also serve to push out the cheese when ready. This piece measures 9 1/2″ high when the handle is in the upright position, and the wooden base is 5 3/4″ wide by 3 1/2″ deep. Notice that the shape of the wooden mold  descends in as it goes towards the bottom of the mold. Again, this is a unique piece.
