Antique quarter sawn Oak Bench was manufactured by W. H. Gunlocke Furniture of Wayland, New York. (This company is famous for there quality furniture for government offices, fine libraries and even to presidents from Franklin Rosevelt to JFK). This company started steam bending around 1912. Note the 32 fine spoke shaped spindles forming the support in the back. Measures 75″ wide, 19″ depth. There is a furniture label on the underside of the bench that reads: W. H. Gunlocke Furniture of Wayland, New York
