Antique Tramp Art Box with covered lid in original finish. Each side has been made with 10 layers of cigar box, carving each edge . Note the underside is stamped Factory No. 16 3rd Dist. N.Y. 100. from the original cigar box. The underside of the lid has the initials J.G. L.B. . This is really a cool box that has a black velvet lining for those specail trinkets. Measures 11″ x 8″ and 8″ height. Circa 1900.
