Antique Cast Iron Tobacco Plug Cutter – E. Holmes

Antique iron tobacco cutter with wooden base tobacco plug cutter. Notice that this piece is impressed with a signature on the wooden base, ‘E. Holmes’. This piece measures 9 1/2″ wide by 2 1/2″ deep and stands 3″ high when in the down position and with the handle raised is 10 3/4″ high. The lever raised and lowers smoothly. Circa 1880.
