Nice chippy retro advertising piece. Monsanto developed and marketed “All” laundry detergent in 1946 with great success. In 1957 they sold the patent to Lever Bros. This pail is from the original Monsanto production run and dates sometime between 1946 and 1957.
Great for display or holding items in the laundry room, kitchen or bath. Made of galvanized tin this bucket measures 10 1/2″ high x 9” diameter at base x 11 ½” diameter at the top. It has nice colors and still vibrant graphics with the rustic imperfect patina of something that was used around the house, back in the day.
