W183C Ladies Auxiliary Atomic Bombers Banner Hooper Nebraska
This is a hanging cloth banner which advertises; 'Ladies Auxiliary Atomic Bombers Post No. 7616 - Hooper, Nebraska - Instituted July 26, 1946 - Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States'. The banner is in excellent original condition, just a little wrinkled from being stored away over the years. The banner still has the wooden rod which it hangs from when displayed, along with the fancy gold cord tassels. This banner measures 30" wide by approximately 38" long. The wooden rod is 35" wide and notice it is capped with brass tips. The letters and designs on the banner are an embroidered design very detailed and nicely done. This is a unique piece, and if you collect pieces that relate to the United States History then you will want to add this banner to your own collection. - SOLD
