W098C Tobacco Advertising Buttons 1934 Worlds Fair
his heavy cardboard advertising display holds four U.S. Tobacco souvenir buttons from the Columbian Worlds Fair Chicago 1934. Three of the buttons are advertising for tobacco, 'J.P. Alleys Hambone', Kim-Bo Cut Plug, and the third button displays gold prospectors panning for gold and it just reads 'Tobacco' I can't read the words at the bottom of the this button. The fourth button on this display is for Hires R-J Root beer. Each of the four buttons measure 2 1/2" in diameter. The cardboard backing is 9" x 12". If you collect early advertising then you will not want to miss out on these four early advertising buttons.
