W012C  Child's barber chair or stool

This is a neat old child's chair. The metal stool is made with heavy duty nickel covered. Measures 35", Diameter seat 9 1/2" and is 26" height to floor. There is a stamp on the bottom of the furniture maker but I can not make out. I am sure that this is made by the Toledo Metal Furniture Company. Circa 1900.
