T044B Marx Dare Devil Motor Drome Racer Car
This is a Vintage 1940's Louis Marx & Co. Daredevil Motor Drome Windup Toy racing car mint and in the original box. This rare piece is all original, complete and in like new condition. The toy is made of tin and the drome is made of an early plastic material. Note that we have both the original boxes for the Drome race track and the motor drome car. The instructions which are printed on the box read as follows: After winding, place car, with key down, against inside wall of Motor Dome, near the bottom. Give slight shove and release wheels at same time. The wind up car is in working order. The box that stores the motor race car drome measures 9 1/2" x 5 1/2" deep and stands 9 1/2" high. The box that stores the race car is 4" x 2" and is 1 1/2" high. This is a great find to still have this toy with it's original boxes, and again excellent all original condition. Bright and colorful is the color combinations on this marked Marx toy.
