T004C  Wood Milk Wagon Toy with Tin Milk Cans

This is an excellent example of an early old all original wooden toy wagon that depicts an early milk wagon complete with four tin milk cans. The sides of the wagon are stenciled with the words, 'American Milk Company'. The wagon measures 9" high and the box of the wagon is 14" x 6 1/2". At the widest and longest points this piece measures 27 1/2" long to the end of the horse frame. Notice that the back wheels are larger and they measure 5 1/4" diameter and the front wheels are 4 1/4". The screw that attaches the wagon to the tongue might have been replaced over the years. The four tin milk cans measure 3" high and have a diameter of 1 7/8". What a colorful and historical piece this toy would be featured in one's early toy collection and display. - $950.
