Q631'BLAZING STAR' QUILT. - This is a bright and beautiful YELLOW AND LAVENDAR quilt that has excellent quilting where the QUILTING ROWS ARE 1/4 OF AN INCH APART, and the stitches are approximately 6 stitches to the one inch. This is a large quilt that measures 76" x 92". You can still see on some of the blocks of this quilt the outline of the pattern which showed the maker of this quilt where to stitch. I doubt if this quilt has been washed because of this and also the exceptional condition that this quilt that dates from the 1930's time period is still in. The condition of this quilt is outstanding and this type of quilt is definitely the caliber of a quilt that serious antique quilt collectors would be thrilled to add to their antique quilt collections. 
The colors of this quilt are bright and beautiful, the same type of colors that you are seeing in the decorating magazines of today, what a great feature this quilt would be hanging on a wall in a newly decorated bedroom or any other room of one's home.
