M520B Coca Cola with Policeman School Zone Sign
This is a great Sign. This Sign is in very good condition with very few minor scratches. The paint is very bright and brilliant with no fading. The Drink Coca Cola cast iron base still has the silver and red paint. Circa 1950's. This policeman is demanding you to slow down for School Zone! This man stands 63" Height, 30" width from the outside edges and the cast iron base is 22" Diameter. The sign is marked A-M 1-54 which I assume dates the sign at 1954. This sign was sold in Gibbon, Nebraska and belonged to Dwight Bond where it had been in his collection for the past 20+ years. The sign was given to him from a friend who worked in the schools in Altmont, New York. He was able to purchase the sign from the school who had never used the sign but had is stored away. This is an oppurtunity to buy the nicest one of these that you will probably ever find in original condition. - SOLD
