M130C Country Store 1Cent Match Box Dispenser Cast Iron Coin Operated
This is an exceptional all original glass dome shaped country store coin operated match box dispenser vending machine. Notice the cast iron base with the four raised feet which supports the four column mechanism housed storage compartments for dispensing the boxes of matches. This dispenser is marked by it's maker located where the match boxes are dispensed out from this piece embossed in the iron is the following information, 'Advance Machine Co. Manufacturers - Chicago, U.S.A. - Pat'd Feb. 29, 1916'. This piece measures 17 1/2" high and has an approximate diameter of 7 1/2" with the feet being 9 1/2" apart at the widest point. Excellent original condition, we do not have the key to the lock that is on the dispenser, note that the interior of the dispenser where the matches are stored does have access to it, as the lock is no longer attached on that side. This is a remarkable piece that we are thrilled to be able to offer to you. The dispenser is in working condtion.
