G505B  Reverse Painted Goose Neck Desk Lamp

This is a beautiful lamp with a reverse painted scene of peacock type birds on the front of the shade. This lamp is especially beautiful when lit. We have been told that this lamp is attributed to being a 'Bulova' lamp. There is no signature on this lamp, but the same style is demonstrated in this lamp as others that we have seen that are marked as 'Bulova' lamps. Notice the unique feature of the porcelain plug in outlet in the backside of the lamp. A very functional and creative idea for a lamp. The height and angle of this lamp is adjustable with there being two points to adjust this lamp. The cast iron base of this lamp is also very decorative with scrolling designs in the iron and a very strong and sturdy base which supports this lamp well. The base measures 6" wide and approximately 5" deep. Again the height is adjustable but as I have the lamp pictured the height is 11 1/4" high to the top of the goose neck frame of the lamp.
