G480B Pickard Bowl Artist Signed Blackberries
This 9" diameter Pickard bowl is decorated with a floral and blackberries scene and notice the overlaying gold design that not only encircles the outer edge of this bowl but also drapes through and across the entire well of the bowl. The bowl is signed on the bottom, 'Limoges - France' - 'Hand painted Pickard China'. Excellent original condition. This bowl is artist signed with the initials, 'M.P.' which would be the signature for artist 'Minnie Pickard'. This information is from the reference book, 'Collector's Encyclopedia of Pickard China' by Alan B. Reed on page 64. Minnie Pickard was an artist for Pickard from 1903 through 1912. This is a beautiful piece of Pickard one that you are sure to enjoy adding to your own personal collections. - SOLD
