G477B Rookwood Blue Vase Flowers
This is a fine arts & crafts example of a signed Rookwood pottery vase. This vase is dated 1930 and marked on the bottom with the Rookwood 'flame' signature. The piece is marked with the number '2874', and it measures 4" high, the top opening is 2" diameter and at the widest this vase is 3 1/2" diameter with the very bottom being 2 3/8" diameter. Beautiful draping effects in the light blue turquoise coloring on this vase and the simplistic flowers and geometrical design that encircles the top of the vase are very appealing. This vase is in excellent all original condition and what a wonderful addition to any fine Rookwood pottery collection this piece would make. - $350.
