Antique Victorian Cranberry Glass Sugar Shaker with Silver Plated Pierced Top. This is a stunning and wonderful antique cranberry paneled glass sugar shaker or muffineer with silver plated pierced top, circa 1890. This lovely shaker measures just over 6 3/4" high and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with no chips, cracks or cloudiness. The top, due to age, has lost the silver from polishing but has a lovely overall patina. The cranberry base has 10 identifiable panels on the interior while the glass is smooth and pear shaped on the exterior with beautiful cranberry color. The top has no dents or dings and pulls off easily. Notice that the top of the cranberry base is encircled with a metal ring for a wonderful finishing touch.
