G447B Arts & Crafts Rookwood Loving Cup 1928
This is a beautiful geometrical designed Rookwood piece called the Loving Cup, note the three molded handles that uniquely decorate the cup. Wonderful glazing that makes a draping effect around this vase, notice the neat effect of the glaze that descends downward on the cup. This cup measures 6" high and has a diameter of 4 1/2" in the top opening and from handle to handle is 6" across. On the bottom there is the RP signature which dates this loving cup to the 1928 date and also the mold number of '2224' for the loving cup design. This is a beautiful piece of Rookwood pottery that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal collection. - SOLD
