G407B    Small Blue Satin Glass Vase in Holder MOP

This is a beautiful Mother of Pearl blue satin glass diamond quilted pattern vase. This mini almost brides basket type vase is supported in a silver plated holder that is marked, 'Quadruple Plate Aurora S.P. Mfg. Co. - Warranted'. There is also the number 236 marked on the bottom. This silver plated holder is very attractive with four little claw feet and a full figured bird with wings out sitting on the top of the holder. The interior of the satin glass vase is cased with a white interior. If you collect miniature items or for any fine art glass collection, this is a small yet very beautiful piece that you will not want to overlook adding to your own personal collection. The holder stands 6" high, and is approximately 4" wide and is 2 1/2" deep. Good all original condition, there is one side of the vase where the diamond pattern is varied, this would appear to have been there since this vase was created as one does not feel an imperfection on the exterior side of the glass when rubbing your finger over the surface.
