G332B Double Pattern Glass Pickle Castor
This is a harder to find double pickle castor with clear pattern glass inserts done in a pattern that I have been told is called, 'Pillow Encircled'. The pattern is a diamond shaped design and very eye catching with this thick pattern glass design. The inserts are in good original condition, no cracks or chips. The silver plated holder is all original and complete there is some wear in places. This holder is marked on the bottom and it reads, 'Meriden B. Company - Quadruple Plate'. This holder stands 9" high to the top of the finial on the silver plated lids. The width of the holder is 8 1/2" by 4". Again, the double pickle castors are hard to find. This set would make a nice addition to one's Victorian pickle castor collection. - $350.
