G233B  Match Pair of Heintz Candle Stick Holders

This is an outstanding match pair of 'Heintz' candlestick holders. Wonderful patina and excellent arts and crafts mission look to this pair of Heintz art metal candle holders that are signed on the bottoms, 'Sterling - CN Bronze - Pat. Aug. 23 12'. It appears that the year of this match pair of candleholders would date them to '1912'. There is also the following impressed letters and numbers, '3IO8C'. Both holders are stamped but was hard to get a picture of the marks. They stand 5 3/4" high the base has a diameter of 4 1/2" and the outside top ring measures 2 3/4" diameter and the insert where the candle is stored is 1 3/4" diameter and the opening for the candle is 1" and descends tighter as you go lower to give the candle a secure fit. Notice the decorative silver metal applied decorative décor, for the 'Heintz' look. Pictures will show that this pair of candlesticks has been used before and there is some melted wax around the top inserts. What a great way to keep the wax from dripping down the sides of the candlestick. Again these Heintz art metal shop candlesticks would make an excellent addition to any arts and crafts mission room décor.  SOLD
