G198B Wavecrest Cracker or Biscuit Jar

This is a beautiful example of a Wavecrest cracker jar or what is sometimes referred to as a biscuit jar. This lovely Wavecrest piece has a beautiful scrolling molded design with equally beautiful floral transfer scenes of daisy type flowers on all four sides and a small hummingbird feeding on two of the scenes. The cracker jar measures 8 1/2" high to the top of it's finial. The base of the jar is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2", and to the top of the base of the jar it is 5 3/4" high. This jar has a molded rim on the bottom for a secure sit. Good all original condition on this Wavecrest cracker jar with it's silver plated rim and lid that top it off. If you collect cracker or biscuit jars or if you are looking for a fine piece of Wavecrest to add to your own personal collection, then you will not want to miss out on this fine all original Wavecrest piece. - $425.
