G194B  Paneled table Lamp  - Bradley & Hubbard  

This is an exceptional all original signed, 'Bradley & Hubbard' table lamp. This lamp has a 'Bradley and Hubbard Mfg. Co.' paper label on the bottom of the felt covered bottom,  the triangular shaped  paper label has graphic oil lamp design in the middle of the label. The eight slag glass paneled sections of the shade are beautifully curved and on the bottoms are done nicely with beautiful gold metal filigree overlay that depicts a scrolling vine with draping grapes and floral highlights all done in a very detailed pattern design. The top shade is also marked by it's maker, 'Bradley and Hubbard Mfg. Co.' in a couple of places on the inside brass overlay. The shade has a diameter of 12 1/2" diameter at the widest and is straight across closer to being 11 1/2" wide. The base of this signed Bradley and Hubbard lamp is equally done in fine design with a draping floral theme again, yet this time there is winged cherubs holding the draping vine. Notice the depth of the faces of each cherub and the excellent mold that these were cast from to have such fine details. The base of this lamp measures 5 1/4" diameter. The lamp stands right at 15" high. This is not a large table lamp but the beauty of this lamp is exceptional and you are going to have to look a long time to find a better all original quality signed Bradley and Hubbard lamp. This working Bradley and Hubbard lamp is a keeper in any fine antique collection. - SOLD
