Excellent all original condition on this Red Wing Stoneware #10 Koverwate. Notice the wordage on the side of this weight that reads, 'Koverwate- Use it when packing your meats, kraut, pickles and other foods put up in brine. It will save spoilage. Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. - Red Wing, Minnesota.' This weight also has the blue number '10'. Measures 12 1/4" diameter and the edges are 3" high. There is nine places where the brine can be released back down into the food being processed.
