F919B  60" Rd. Oak Dining Table Lion Base - 10 leaves

This is a remarkable original quarter sawn oak dining table that measures 60" diameter and has 10 leaves that measure 8 1/2" wide. Notice the very detailed carved lion's faces on this pedestal which extend outward to carved lion claws. The bottom of the pedestal is carved with an egg and dart carvings. This table is signed by it's maker on the under side of the table and it reads, 'The Haverty Furn. Co.'. Table is a split pedestal with center leg to support it when all the leaves are inserted. Circa 1900's. This table came out of a private home in the Kentucky area. This is a fine high end example of quality American Oak. - A great investment this table will make along with being a very functional and usable piece of furniture in your home.  - $12,500.    This month's special offer - $11500.
