F426C  Mahogany Roll top Desk - Rand Leapold Desk Co. Burlington, Iowa

Solid Mahogany Roll top Desk is in very nice roll top desk in the original finish. This desk has a nice interior full of drawers that can be covered by the S shaped roll. The desk is decorated with beveled panels. There is a name plate that reads 'The Rand Leopold Desk Co. of Burlington, Iowa'. Circa 1900. This desk is 60" wide and 34" deep and 52" high. Notice that there is a mahogany office chair that goes nicely with this roll top desk.  - SOLD


This desk was owned by a Mr. Charles Ward who was a fire chief in West Chicago. He owned a lumber yard in Chicago and then moved to Sioux Falls where he started another lumber yard - Ward Lumber Co.
