G644 Emeralite Desk Lamp - Black cased glass shade

This desk lamp is all original. The shade is cased glass with black on the outside and lined with white milk glass on the inside. This is a beautiful lamp. The lamp measures 13 1/2" Height, shade is 10" x 5" . The original tag reads Emeralite No. 9 Desk Lamp H.G. McFaddin & Co. 40 Warren St. New York, U.S.A. The metal work is finished with a bronze like patina might be brass. The base is weighted so lamp could be adjusted to work as a piano lamp or on top of a roll top desk. I have never had a cased glass shade usually the lamps I find will have the green shade that glow. The lamp has a knob on the base that turns the lamp off and on. There are two sockets for the bulbs. - $750.
