G006A  American Majolica Syrup Pitcher

  - This large majolica pottery lidded pitcher is decorated with a bird design, I believe that the bird is that of an Eagle. Note the pewter lid that is hinged onto this pitcher. This pitcher also has a bamboo handle and decorations. The pitcher measures 8" high to the top on the lid and is 7" wide from the handle to the end of the spout. The bottom has a diameter of 4 1/2" and the middle is approximately 5" in diameter. The pitcher is all original with no cracks, and no chips. There is some crazing in the glaze.  This is a great piece that I do guarantee old and original. -  $825.
